1. Scope

This Refund and Withdrawal Policy applies to the following services provided via our website:

  • Software development services
  • Website design services
  • E-commerce infrastructure services
  • Custom software solutions
  • SaaS (subscription-based software services)
  • Licensed digital software products

2. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  1. If the service has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the end of the 14-day period
  2. Instantly delivered digital services
  3. Delivered license keys
  4. Download links or access credentials provided
  5. Custom-developed software tailored to the Customer

If the Customer approves the commencement of service before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal is waived.

3. Custom Software & Project-Based Services

For custom software and project-based services:

  • The right of withdrawal ends once the project has started.
  • The Company may charge for the portion of work completed.
  • Labor and time spent are non-refundable even if the project is cancelled.

4. SaaS Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled, effective for the next billing cycle.
  • Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions may be partially refunded proportionally for unused periods (excluding discounted or promotional plans).

5. Refund Procedure

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Activated software licenses
  • Active SaaS accounts
  • Delivered custom projects
  • Third-party service fees (domain, hosting, etc.)
  • Discounted or promotional services

7. Business Customers (B2B)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (companies).
Refund terms for commercial clients are governed by separate agreements.

8. Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be subject to Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
Consumers may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees where applicable.
